These terms govern your use of AiQlick. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" means that company.

AiQlick is a recruitment platform with two sides. Employers and recruiters post roles, import and manage candidates, run pipelines and interviews, and collaborate with colleagues, clients and partners. Job seekers build a profile, see how they match open roles, apply, and track their applications.

AI assists in two places: extracting structured information from CVs and job descriptions, and scoring how well a profile matches a role. Scores rank and explain — they do not decide. Hiring decisions are made by the employer.

We may change or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces functionality you are paying for, we will give you notice.

You must give accurate registration details and keep them current. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

One person, one account. Do not share login credentials — where a plan includes multiple seats, add colleagues as users rather than sharing a login.

You must be at least 16 to use the platform.

You agree not to:

• Upload a CV or personal data about someone else without a lawful basis for doing so, and without the right to share it with us.
• Post discriminatory job requirements, or use the platform to screen candidates on protected characteristics.
• Post roles that do not exist, or use the platform to harvest candidate data rather than to hire.
• Scrape, bulk-export or resell candidate data, or attempt to extract data belonging to other customers.
• Reverse engineer, probe or interfere with the platform, its security or its rate limits.
• Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringing.
• Resell or sublicense access without our written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these rules. Where the breach is serious — particularly discriminatory use or misuse of candidate data — we may do so immediately and without refund.

Job seeker accounts are free. Employer plans are paid, billed monthly in advance through Stripe, and priced as shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.

The Basic plan includes a 14-day free trial. Starting a trial requires a valid payment card. Nothing is charged during the trial period, and the subscription begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Other plans do not include a trial.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. We do not pro-rate refunds for a partial month unless the law requires it.

Enterprise plans are invoiced in arrears against recorded usage rather than paid from a credit balance. Invoices are due on the terms stated on them, and an overdue invoice may suspend access to paid features.

We may change prices. Existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice before a change takes effect, and can cancel before it does.

Generative AI work — parsing an uploaded CV, AI writing assistance, the AI assistant — is metered in credits. New accounts receive 9 credits. Paid plans include a monthly allowance, and further credits can be bought in packs.

Match scoring does not consume credits, on any plan, including during a trial and on a free job seeker account. This is a commitment, not a current promotion.

Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for money. Purchased credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been used, except where the law provides otherwise. If an operation fails through a fault on our side, tell us and we will restore the credits it consumed.

You keep ownership of everything you upload — CVs, job descriptions, notes, documents and messages. You grant us only the licence we need to run the service for you: to store your content, process it, display it to the people you have shared it with, and pass it to the AI models that perform the operations you request.

We do not use your content to train third-party AI models, and we do not sell it.

If you upload personal data about other people — candidate CVs in particular — you are the controller of that data and you confirm you have a lawful basis for providing it to us. We process it as your processor, on your instructions.

The platform, its software, design and brand are ours and remain ours. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active, and nothing more.

Feedback you send us about the product may be used freely and without obligation.

We aim to keep the platform available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and faults happen. Where we plan disruptive maintenance we will give notice where we reasonably can.

The platform assists hiring; it does not make hiring decisions and does not guarantee outcomes. We do not promise that you will fill a role, receive applications, be matched to a job, or be hired.

We do not verify the accuracy of content posted by users — including job postings, company details and information in CVs. Satisfy yourself about the other party before acting.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business or lost data. Where we are liable, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or — where you are a consumer — your statutory rights.

You can stop using the platform and delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Deleting your account removes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if payment fails and remains unresolved, or if we are required to by law. Where circumstances allow, we will give you notice and an opportunity to put things right first.

Export anything you want to keep before you delete your account or let a subscription lapse.

These terms are governed by the law of [to be confirmed], and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

Please contact us first. Most disputes are resolved faster by talking to us than by anything that follows.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. For material changes we will give notice before they take effect, and continuing to use the platform afterwards means you accept them. If you do not, you may cancel.
