Can I switch plans at any time?
You can move to another plan whenever you like — you subscribe to the new one from your billing settings, which takes you through checkout again. Switching does not automatically prorate the part-month you have already paid for, so the tidiest time to change is at the end of a billing period. If you need to move sooner, contact us and we will settle the difference with you.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — the Basic plan includes a 14-day free trial. Checkout does ask for a card so the subscription can continue automatically, and nothing is charged until the 14 days are up. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. Pro does not include a trial.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments, handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Enterprise plans are not paid by card: usage is invoiced at the end of each month with payment terms on the invoice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, at any time, with no fees or penalties. You can either cancel at the end of the period you have already paid for and keep access until then, or cancel immediately — in which case we can credit the unused remainder.
Does AI matching use up my credits?
No. Match scores, ranked shortlists and AI recommendations are free on every plan, including during the trial and on free job seeker accounts. Credits are only spent on generative work — parsing an uploaded CV, AI writing help, and the AI assistant.
